π― iHome.PK offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange β no stress, no hassle.
We believe you should be able to buy with confidence. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to use. Below you'll find everything you need to know about eligibility, the return process, refund timelines, and exceptions.

Your return is eligible if all of the following conditions are met:
- π The return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
- π¦The product is in its original condition β unused, unmodified, and undamaged by the customer.
- π·οΈAll original accessories, manuals, and packaging are included (where possible).
- π§ΎYou have your order number or proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- π§Product is defective or not functioning as described.
- βWrong item delivered β different product or size than ordered.
- π¦Product arrived damaged during shipping.
- πChange of mind β you're simply not satisfied with your purchase.
β οΈ The following items or situations are not eligible for return or refund.
- β°Return request made after 7 days of delivery date.
- π¨Product damaged due to misuse, physical impact, or water damage caused by the customer.
- πDamage caused by power surges, improper voltage use, or tampering.
- π§΄Consumable or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- πProducts purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (marked as non-returnable).

Refund timelines by payment method:
- π±JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 3β5 business days after approval.
- π¦Bank Transfer: 5β7 business days after approval.
- πCash on Delivery orders: Refunded via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer β whichever you prefer. We'll ask for your account details at the time of processing.
β You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation message the moment your refund is processed.
Prefer a different product or a replacement for a defective unit? No problem β simply mention this when initiating your return on WhatsApp.
- β Exchange for a different product or variant is fully supported within the 7-day window.
- πReplacement units are dispatched within 1β2 business days of us receiving your return.
- π°If the replacement is a different price, we'll settle the difference via refund or additional charge as applicable.
πΈ Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll resolve it immediately β no lengthy process.
If your product arrived damaged during shipping or we sent the wrong item, this is entirely our responsibility and is resolved at zero cost to you:

- πΈOr issue a full refund β whichever you prefer.
