Delivery

Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days across Pakistan. Orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the same day. Remote areas may take an extra 1–2 days. You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.
Yes β€” we deliver nationwide to all major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta) and hundreds of smaller towns. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere.
Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000. Orders below Rs. 2,000 have a flat Rs. 200 delivery charge across Pakistan. The fee (if any) is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
We primarily use TCS and Leopard Courier β€” Pakistan's most reliable courier networks. The courier may vary by city. You'll always receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. Use it on the courier's website, or visit our Track Order page. You can also WhatsApp us anytime for a status update.
The courier will attempt delivery and leave a notice or contact you on your provided number. Most couriers attempt 2–3 delivery attempts before returning. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll coordinate with the courier on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from delivery date. If you're not satisfied for any reason β€” defective product, wrong item, or change of mind β€” return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. We arrange free pickup from your door. See our Refund Policy for full details.
WhatsApp us at +92 302 4109896 with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm within a few hours and arrange free pickup from your address. The whole process takes under 5 minutes to initiate.
Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 days after pickup), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For JazzCash and EasyPaisa it's typically 3–5 business days. You'll get a confirmation message when done.
COD refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct bank transfer β€” whichever is most convenient for you. We'll ask for your preferred account details when processing the return.
Absolutely. If you prefer a different product or want a replacement, just let us know when initiating the return. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your returned item β€” usually within 2–4 business days.
We're sorry! Please WhatsApp us with a photo or short video of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund β€” no questions asked. This is fully covered at our cost.

Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and all online payments go through secure, verified gateways. Your payment info is never stored on our servers. If you prefer not to pay online, COD is always available.
We don't offer a built-in installment plan currently. However, if you're interested in a payment arrangement for a bulk order, WhatsApp us and we'll see what we can work out.
Yes β€” all prices displayed on our website are final prices inclusive of applicable taxes. No hidden charges. The only additional cost may be delivery (Rs. 200 for orders under Rs. 2,000), shown clearly at checkout.

Warranty
